Test page feature is one of the best ways to test the communication between the printer and computer. It is sent directly from the printer driver and this enables you to determine if the problem is related to a communication use or application issue. To print a test page in mac first you need to check the connection from the printer to the computer and there are no red or amber lights on your printer. After that you can follow the given instructions below –
    1. Go to the “Apple Menu” and tap on the “System Preferences.
    2. Click on “Print & Fax” and choose your printer.
    3. Select “Open Print Queue” option.
    4. Click “Run the Print Test Page”
Now, a printer test page will be sent to your printer.
